During class presentations, etc. give students post-it notes on which to write 2 stars (good things) about their peers' work and 1 wish (suggestion for improvement). Post-its can be collected and returned to the presenting student for feedback.

I have even used this with Grade Ones. They loved the post-its and actually gave each other constructive feedback.
